Sod is a great way to get an instant new lawn look, just like it has always been there. Our professional blend seed applications are used with Penn Mulch, a seed accelerator designed by Penn state university. This provides quick growth and maximum results. All of our new lawn installations require a re-grade of the yard with fresh topsoil. This process eliminates uneven surfaces and ensures better growing conditions for the seed to take root. All of our sod used is grown locally here in Saratoga NY and cut to order that day.
